The two icons of Philippine entertainment team up in this catchy new ad to sing a new jingle based on Geronimo’s 2014 hit “Kilometro.” In the commercial, Curtis and Geronimo display their own famous vocal talents then team up to sing about thelinamnam ulam combination of Burger Steak’s 100% pure beef patty and its flavorful mushroom sauce.

Teen Royalties Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla come back to share

Starting on February 7, Friday, the halls of the SMX Convention will house different partners in the airline and hotel industry and showcase lowest fares possible for everyone who comes over and check out flights, hotel accomodations etc. The event will run through February 7 to 9 and starts at around 9:30 in the morning with tickets selling at Php75. So for everyone who has travel plans in the next couple of months, head on and check out the Expo.

Nineteen year old Ian Carl de Jesus, popularly known as Yanyan, never imagined that he will gain over 2.5M followers in a span of less than 2 years.
Yanyan was declared as the Winner of the TikTok All-Stars South East Asia for Talent Category on November 2019. Before his amazing feat for the regional competition, TikTok Philippines’ “Dance Machine”  was a promising talent which was initially known on the platform for his comic dubs. Back in February 2019,Yanyan received the TikTok #1million2019comedy award alongside creators McLion Cross and Jae-hwa during #TheMainEvent. Yanyan might be known for his quirky dubs but he made it as an entry point for fans notice his greater talent -- dancing.

Yanyan’s recent videos showcase his dancing prowess as he covers hip hop chart toppers. One might recognize his slaying performance of Pussycat Dolls’ Buttons. The dance floor slayer became a member of the country’s premier dance company, G-Force, but eventually decided to take his own path to success.


As he plans to further his dancing career, Yanyan also wants to enroll at the LPU Culinary Institute this year while doing TikTok videos.

Yanyan sure has a lot of time in his hands but does he ever get tired doing multiple jobs?


“TikTok for me is not a job.TikTok for me is a hobby. It doesn’t feel tiring because you’re just creating a video that makes you feel happy. If you put it out in public, it’s like you’re also sharing the happiness. That’s the purpose of influencers… to [be] an inspiration,” shared Yanyan.

His maturity may be accounted from his life experience. His parents separated and Yanyan now has two families. He has a brother from his father’s side and a sister from his mother’s side. He enjoys the support he receives from both sides. Yanyan’s Mom and sister even downloaded TikTok to watch his videos.

Yanyan revealed that he created TikTok videos for fun and for his own entertainment. TikTok users were quick to appreciate and respond positively to his authentic take on creating his material. Now that Yanyan de jesus has established himself as a creator, his initial fear is consistently finding the motivation to create more content. He is his own critic when it comes to his own videos but maintains to keep it authentic. He only wants the best for his followers. 


When asked what can he say about TikTok, Yanyan has a lot to share:

Last November 27th I attended the launch of DG Goat Milk Beverage. It was an event I was looking forward to ever since they sent the invitation because the product is very interesting and it is my first time to know about Goat's milk can be turned into a beverage for kids.

With the goal of providing a Bigger & Better Christmas for all, LG combined Filipinos’ love for the holidays with the brand’s mission of always giving back to the community. In a media launch event recently held in One Canvas Events Place in Pasong Tamo, Makati, LG Philippines outlined the various initiatives they have lined up for the holiday season. 
The event started off with LGEPH Product Marketing Manager Angelica Dumlao discussing the Evolution of Picture Quality and how LG has taken great strides in pushing for technological innovation. “We can see the advancement and the evolutionary journey of how TV resolution and picture quality have improved in the last 20 years. The evolution from analog to digital television technology was a slow process, and it wasn’t even until the mid-1990s that HDTV broadcasting began. At that time, most HDTVs were plasma TVs, which were expensive, so HDTV adoption was slow. By the mid-2000s however, affordable 40-inch LCDs started to be sold. By the end of the decade, LCDs were outselling traditional (CRT) TVs as well as plasma TVs. Post HDTVs, companies started looking for newer technologies that could be offered to consumers. The last few years saw the arrival of curved screens, high dynamic range (HDR), smart TVs, OLED TVs, and 4K. Now with the hyper realistic detail and picture quality of 8K available to consumers.” She goes on to add “For us in LG, Life’s about more than having the latest technology. It’s about the experiences technology creates. We are a pacesetter in the industry and we will continue to deliver consumer electronics that let you embrace life and prepare you for its greatest moments.”

Pushing forward with the holiday theme, the first gift that LG has for the community comes in the form of its partnership with Netflix. During the event, Netflix unveiled the streaming service’s holiday film headliner, Klaus. The trailer for the destined Christmas classic, together with its behind the scenes footage, were all screened with the use of LG’s award-winning OLED TVs, the purchase of which comes with an accompanying gift of 6 months of Netflix.

Klaus, the headliner for Netflix’s holiday lineup, is an entirely 2D animated movie, a Netflix first, that harkens to the old Christmas shows we’ve come to know and love. Legendary actor J. K. Simmons provides the voice for the titular Klaus, a reclusive carpenter whom Jesper discovers living alone in a cabin, where he makes his own handmade toys. Like the movies of yore, Netflix hopes that Klaus becomes a Christmas tradition that’s destined to be replayed every holiday season for the years to come. LG also invited the Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. (ACPI) to share their thoughts on the use of 2D animation in Klaus, how LG OLED TVs are the best platform to view it on, as well as to discuss the state of the local animation industry as a whole.
As an early Christmas present for the organization, LG Philippines donated LG TV. The trailer for the destined Christmas classic, together with its behind the scenes footage, were all screened with the use of LG’s award-winning OLED TVs, the purchase of which comes with an accompanying gift of 6 months of Netflix.

Klaus, the headliner for Netflix’s holiday lineup, is an entirely 2D animated movie, a Netflix first, that harkens to the old Christmas shows we’ve come to know and love. Legendary actor J. K.
